The fleetEurope product includes the same features as the fleetStandard product. Upgrades can be made to include fleetExtra and fleetCustom features.

TMB fleetStandard

“for companies in need of a fully fledged fleet management or AVL solution to optimize the usage, logistics and control of their vehicles as well as increase the security of their assets; typically used for medium to large fleets of cars for on-the-road sales and delivery people”

In the Track My Business system you have a quick overview of the location of all your vehicles/assets in real-time and you can easily see the history of one or more of your vehicles/assets (displayed online as a route on a map).
You can also choose between the pre-defined report templates available in the system or have them sent regularly to your e-mail (e.g. daily reports sent to the manager in charge).

To ensure the best possible level of control and security the Track My Business system has an advanced Alarm function where you can set up which alarms to receive and where/how (SMS and e-mail) to receive them.

There are also various options available to the user to distinguish the different vehicles/assets and types of vehicle/asset (unit name, unit icon, color trail and groups).

TMB fleetExtra

“for companies that have a more dynamic logistics structures where it is necessary to calculate which vehicle/asset is closest to a specific customer/location at a specific time”

In this package you get all the functionalities from the TMB fleetStandard product as well as a reverse geo tracking functionality that enables you to quickly and accurately find the closest of your vehicle/assets to any given address/position on the map.

This functionality works in real-time so you always get accurate information to assist you in planning which vehicle/asset to send to which task/customer.

TMB fleetCustom

“for companies with more specialized requirements in addition to the functionalities in the fleetStandard and fleetExtra packages, e.g. fuel control, temperature control, roaming”

TMB fleetCustom is a tailor made solution that takes into consideration your exact requirements.

In this package you get all the functionalities from the TMB fleetStandard or TMB fleetExtra product as well as any additional functionality required for exactly your company.

There are numerous possibilities for tailor made and industry specific solutions but these aresome of the more popular functionalities that can be offered: fuel control, temperature control, RFID scanner, camera set-up, two-way communication, roaming for international tracking etc.

TMB Mobile

Our TMB fleet packages can also be offered for GPS enabled mobile phones, laptops, netbooks and other mobile devices to avoid the investment in GPS chips.  

As an example this would allow a company to track its sales force through their already existing iPhones or other smart phones.
