the System

The Track My Business system has a wide range of features designed to assist our customers in optimizing, managing and keeping control of their vehicle fleets or other assets. The system allows our customers to divide their vehicles/assets in groups and in other ways distinguishing the individual characteristics of each type of vehicle/asset.

History of the vehicles/assets is kept in the system forever so our customers can always find what they need. The system can also calculate which vehicle/asset is closest to a specified point on the map. On the reporting site our customers can generate the reports they require and on the alarms site they can specify in which cases they would like to be alerted.

The access rights of the users can be controlled in details and the admin users of our customers can update them at any point in time. If a customer has special requirements we can offer to customize the system or arrange specialized integration with existing 3rd party systems.

Individual characteristics

In order to make the visual overview easier for our customers there are several ways to distinguish the different units. The icon that displays where the unit is on the map can be updated by the customer and the same is the case with the color trail that shows where the unit was. On top of this the units can be divided into groups.

On the profile site the customers can also attach following information to the units:

  • Unit Name
  • Driver name and photo
  • Co-driver name and photo
